How long do you take to complete and deliver the packages online? Delivery of your completed site on-line is normally within 2 weeks of order. Completion time depends on the size of the site being designed and on how quickly you provide us with the required information.
How do I make payment and when am I required to pay? Payment can be in cash or cheque. We require an initial payment of 30% percent of the total cost as good faith to proceed. Upon received of payment, we will begin designing your site. You will also need to send in any text and photos, color brochures, or other images that you would like on your site. You will be consulted at each stage from the start. On completion of your website after final approval from you, full payment is expected before we upload the web pages.
What if I want to change my Web site design after its been published to the Internet? We recommend that you carefully review your design and image at each stage before we published it so that you're happy with it right from the start. However, if you decide that you want to select a new design, color, and graphics, we can make these changes for you for a small processing fee. Please contact us for further details.
Can you give me an exact cost for the e-commerce solution? Sometimes the cost be varies as web sites come in all different shapes and forms. You can have a simple site that presents information in a simple way, or you could have a site with interactive and multimedia elements that make the user feel more involved. However, It will not vary more than 20% of our total quote.
What are the extra features we can add to our website? We have a large collection of backgrounds, clipart, and animated gifs to enhance your web page. We can also create custom graphics to suit your needs, or implement functional java scripts for features such as guest books, forms, banner, and more.
How much will it cost me to accept credit cards? If you want to accept credit cards, you'll need to apply for an online merchant account from Cardservice International. You pay nothing to apply. After you're approved, you'll pay Cardservice International $24.95 per month, and a 2.5% discount rate for Visa/Mastercard (3.5% for American Express). Other standard fees total $0.20 per transaction, and there is also a $0.15 batch fee charged for each day you process transactions during that month. (To be eligible for an online merchant account you'll need a US business address and a US bank account.)
Can I sell things on my Web site without a merchant account? Sure. You can take orders over the phone, through the mail or fax, and collect checks as payment. Conducting business with a merchant account is optional, you can add it in the future or not at all.
I already have a homepage. Can I connect my other site to this site? Yes. we 'll need to add links from your site to your other site , and vice versa. When both sites link to each other, visitors can click back and forth between your two Web sites, almost as if they were one.
I want to display all my products and services. How many products item can I display in your shopping catalog? Our catalog section can populate a huge inventory of up to 1,000 items or more. Our business page will consists of about twenty pages. You have to make a decision as to how many products you want to display in your online storefront. Catalog Items may require a additional consulting before a price can be calculated.
What is a domain name? How much does it cost? A domain name is a unique internet address given to you when you register with Internic. (Example: www.your-company.com ) You can apply for your own Domain Name Registration. Internic charges USD$75 for two years. Renewal is $35 for every subsequent year thereafter. (The registration fees are paid to Internic directly).
What is web hosting? How much does it cost? Web hosting is much like renting a cyber space to host your completed web page. There are many companies offering web hosting with prices ranges from USD$10.00 to $50.00 per month. Some of the company also charges a one time set-up fees. Typical rates are around $30 to $50 in addition to the monthly fees.
What are the typical rates/charges for web page design? There are many web design company who can construct a professional web site for you. The typical rates are from RM200 to Rm800 per page. Some charge their work on an hourly basis, from RM200 to RM300 per hour's work. However, our pages are price at around RM199 per page, which makes us one of the lowest rates in the market !
